Shawn is great! The service has been great … The app is AWFUL. If you weren’t the most convenient location, I’d almost want to choose another. I have so many issues using the app that is beyond frustrating!

We left our car for service and recall maintenance, the job was scheduled 1-2 days and the dealer refused to give us a loaner car. The mechanics could not finish the job on schedule and asked for extension of another day, and we got a loaner car from the dealer. It took another 5 days to complete the job. We received that car and discovered that the passenger car door cannot be opened from inside the car which is a safety issue. We had to return the car to the dealer but they claimed that they have no one that can fix it and we were forced to schedule another day for fixing the car. two weeks now and our car is not fixed, and it is unsafe to drive.
