    I am very disappointed with the time it took to perform the recall fixes. It was supposed to be done in one day, but it took VW of Garden Grove 3 days to complete. A friend of mine had the same recall services completed in one day at the Long Beach VW. The courteous would have been to provide a free rental or loaner. I was without a car for 3 days.

    Appointment was set with ease. Advisors kept me updated and the car was ready for pick up at the indicated time. Freshly washed and vacuumed. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

    The reception is not a good experience. I booked an appointment because I don’t have time to wait and need to be done quickly when dropping off my car. I realized everyone was scheduled at 8am and with the same person. I was expecting people receiving your car outdoors as in any other dealership until I realized I needed to go inside and make line and then be sent to a waiting area. Took me more than 30 minutes and once it was my turn took more time than expected to check things on the computer and do the paperwork

    I had an appointment for 2 service recalls (1-software update and door handles) when I picked up my car and drove home the next day I tried to open my rear drivers side door and it would not open, the door handle almost fell off and the door was also locked from the inside. The cild locking mechanism also was alerting on screen but when touching the child lock switch only the right rear passenger door would disengage.
