When I first dropped off the car Clayton made a comment which I know meant no harm but after thinking about it I kinda got offended by it. He thought I had him order the part since May. Even if I had, it’s a comment he could have kept to himself. But it was September.

brought my 2020 Tiguan that is still under CPO warranty for a clunking sound from front suspension and other minor sound from brake pedal . They require diagnostics charge for every complaint to be paid to even to take my car in . A simple test drive will show the problem . At this point the CPO waranty with 50$ deductible seems like a scam . If every time I need to pay 200$ diagnostics just to get the vehicle checked in for warranty repairs . VW might as well increase the copay to 250$ . what is the point of advertising CPO as a 50$ copay when reality is need to pay 200$ plus 50$ just for VW even to take the vehicle in for warranty replairs . and they wanted 200$ for every compliant so its 400$ just for them to acknowledge the problem for a car that is still under warranty !
