Need to know that technician don’t arrive until 8am. Scheduled a 7am appointment very misleading. Had to wait around for a hour if dead time before a technician showed up!

We came in with a blown-out tire covered under an outside warranty, and Omar handled everything seamlessly—no hassle, no back-and-forth. He coordinated with Universal Car Care and made the process effortless for us. While we were there, we also had our 20k mile service completed. From drop-off to pick-up, everything was smooth. The Lyft service was a huge help too. Couldn’t have asked for better treatment—top-notch customer service all around! This made our military PCS a little less stressful.

Communication skills need to improve at this dealer. Loaner cars need to be more available for the volume of customers coming through this dealership and excuse are unacceptable for this dealer.
