The try to upsell you unnecessary products and overpriced services. They promise a full car wash when they only clean the car from the outside. Service took over 2 hours and was told otherwise

I was going to need my car towed in so contacted VW of Garden Grove and spoke to Melany in service. She was clear in the instructions and what I needed to expect. Only thing was she didn’t tell me about the $225 diagnostic fee, but later in another phone conversation told me of that cost. Not upset about it at all just would have liked to have known up front. Anyway once the car was in she called and explained what was going on and what needed to be done. Service was quick and they fixed my care in a very reasonable time.
