Appointment on Saturday for an engine cover replacement recall. While there I asked if they could check issue with steering wheel which they confirmed. Kept hearing them tell people they were overbooked. After three hours waiting for them to do something that should take 30 seconds or less, I received my car back and drove home. Only to discover the engine cover (the whole reason I was there) was not put on.
