    To whom it may concern I was very disappointed with the service this time. On September 9, 2024, I went into the maintenance shop for maintenance because the engine light was on. Due to a shortage of parts, the window told me that the parts would arrive within six months, and I would be notified. Since I did not receive the notification in time, I created an appointment on April 21 and went into the maintenance shop on May 2 to replace the parts. After they changed the oil(I paid for it myself), they informed me that they could not replace the part for me because they did not find the code for the faulty part. The oil light came on randomly, and it was also discovered during the first inspection that it was not replaced in time due to a lack of material. I waited for six months without any prior notice. It was sent for repair at 9 am, but I was notified at 4 pm that it could not be replaced. This is a very unreasonable and disappointing result. The window told me that I must go to the maintenance shop immediately when the light comes on and have a technician confirm that there is a fault code before it can be replaced. I have to wait and take the car to the service shop at unplanned times, and I'm unsure how long the treatment will take. Hopefully, this complaint will lead you to change your approach and replace parts based on the September 21, 2024, test results. Thanks Joseph
