Service Rep was great but when I picked up my car and got home I noticed a yellow chalk mark on my right front tire. When I looked closer there is screw in tire and nobody was mentioned anything and I ask for tires to be rotated but I am not sure it was done, on invoice it says inspected. So that is why my rating is 4. I will say 4.5 really

This dealership is pleasant to work with, answers their phone, returns phone calls and takes their time. Puente hills VW NEEDS some serious help. PHVW is Closer to my house but chose to drive extra 20+ mins to select GGVW for my service needs.
